GAD, Fitbit, and Anxiety: Is My Heart in Danger?

Hi! I have gad and went to therapy to lower my symptoms. Recently, I got a Fitbit to track my health and I have been noticing that when I’m stressed… my heart rate jumps to the 110-130. Maybe I’m overthinking it but now I’m worried that I’m putting stress on my heart lol because it’s like that for hours everyday. and I want to look into medication for my anxiety symptoms. Idk though but anyways I was wondering what other people thought about this.

I noticed this same thing when I would wear my fitbit. So it is definitely normal. But to make sure you can always schedule a doctors appointment for a check up to make sure everything is okay. That's what I do whenever I start to get freaked out about my health. (Which I do alot.) Even though I am perfectly healthy physically.
