A generous amount of ointment then cover with cotton gloves at night

I use aquafor. Rub some in, in the morning and afternoon. Mrs.Rainbow6 is correct for night time. Eczema on your hands come and goes. I could go eczema free for a couple weeks and then it comes back.

  @Mrs.Rainbow6 does it ever go away? I get it mostly healed and then it comes right back I feel like I would have to not use my hands at all during the day which is impossible.
