The only solution that seems to work is discovering what food allergies you might have. Topical treatments don’t do much for me. I will cover my hand with a wet cotton sock at night when it was bad. But since discovering that I’m allergic to dairy, if I avoid it completely, my hand heals within a month. It’s a bit of a battle to ensure nothing I eat has dairy. But it’s been worth it for me. I hope you’re able to discover what food might be your trigger. I recommend trying an elimination diet.

I find that hydrocortisone helps with flare ups, usually for the day I use Cerave, and at night I feel like a slug and use Aquaphor!

I definitely would love some help. The only thing i've found helpful is eucerin or really any lotion with colloidal oatmeal in it. I'm autistic tho so i have a major sensory aversion to lotion. But its that time of year where my eczema is flaring up.
