Help! My hands won't stop itching and I can't even touch my daughter

I am just over this. My hands itch. I scratch them raw. Even if I don’t scratch the skin rips apart anyway. My hands are scaly and gross. I can’t rub my daughter back at night. Literally nothing is helping. We’ve tried 2 rx steroid creams. OTC things. Even ones for babies and specifically psoriasis. But nothing is helping. Please. Any suggestions. Anything. I just want to cry.

I know this sounds crazy but I was just in Oregon and went to a hot springs and spent the day in water and I swear the next day it was almost gone. I wish there was one that I could closer where I live in Washington. I was completely amazed. Now that I'm back home and taking my prescription they are slowly coming back and itchy again

Food allergies and my high level of candida causes outbreaks for me as well as fragrance lotions like Bath and Body, VS.

I was just diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. So it’s not food allergies. And I never use fragrance lotions. Only baby lotion. Lol

I am having the same problem they hurt so bad today and my feet are killing me as well. If I keep my feet shaved they don't have the super tight feeling and they don't crack. But it doesn't feel good for a day after ya shave them. But then you get a few really good days to where they don't hurt
