Need help with eczema on hands

ive been suffering from eczema since i was a child, when i had my first son it went away for 9 years until i had my youngest son last year, now its back with a vengeance has moved to my hands and nothing seams to help. What has helped the most with yours?

I'm going to be honest. Nothing really has helped the eczema on my hands. It comes and goes. Some days it seems like itching is the only option because, you know relief. But for when it isn't bad I use Cetaphil eczema. It seems to help a little. It doesn't really help when it gets really bad. I'm also looking for relief. So I know how it feels
