even though I'm on my Prozac my depression is super bad, I have a lot of family problems and I'm looking to take custody of my siblings as my mother can't care for them correctly and neither can my father. I'm constantly in a state of depression and anxiety

I would say your meds need adjusted. If prozac has worked in the past, an increased dose or another med added. Maybe even switching all together could help. There's no need to feel like this when you don't have to ❤️
