Anyone have any ideas for work related anxiety? I really struggle with my ADHD at work, I'm both understimulated and overstimulated at the same time and that makes me have a panic attack... I get overstimulated because it's a fast paced job but understimulated because it feels like just the SAME thing over and over again! (I work for a call center) Thanks for any advice!!

Some suggestions for handling work-related anxiety include going into a quiet room and laying there in silence for about 30 minutes, using something weighted or that applies pressure to the body such as a weighted blanket, and finding a place with absolute silence to focus on. Another person mentioned they work better under pressure and can hide their panic, but feel drained afterwards. It was also suggested to try and find jobs with minimal noise and lots of order.
