overstimulated rant incoming sorry I have been struggling with really bad anxiety and depression lately And all I can do is sit on my phone and not even move from my spot even if I get uncomfortable. I haven't been able to eat properly in weeks and everything tastes disgusting. I've been super overstimulated since I started my new job and I feel stuck. my anxiety is so bad I'm considering calling out of work but I know it's not going to help cause all that'll do is ruin my bosses faith in me and I'll sit home and do nothing all day and feel even worse.
