Dealing with Anxiety and Panic Attacks at Work

Sometimes my anxiety paralyzes me to the point that I cannot work efficiently. My boss is not understanding whatsoever, so I try to hide it. But he thinks I’m being lazy. How do y’all deal with anxiety and panic attacks at work?

Luckily (or not) I work "better" under pressure. So when I panic somehow I can hide and focus, most of the times... even shaking, sweating, fast heartbeat.. once those critical moments are over, I feel drained, confused, dizzy and with a strong back pain because of the tension. I hide all my mental conditions at work because I fear people could think I'm trying to taking advantage or demanding some special comprehension that I think I don't deserve.
