Dealing with Stress, Anxiety, and Depression

I’m kinda like that right now I’ve been trying to get in remission for my Crohn’s and have been trying to get my arthritis better. I’m pretty much mad and stressed every day .

Yes!!! Some days are better than others but mostly my days are filled with dealing with my mental health. It gets really exhausting literally. Fatigue is one of my worst symptoms

I'm not dealing with it currently, but I've definitely been there ❤️
