I have pretty severe bloating regardless of my stomach’s digestive state. I’m obviously even bigger if I eat or am gassy bloated too, but even when I’m rly hungry and just woke up my stomach looks 4 months pregnant. I used to have an Ed so this is rly hard bc ive been gaining a little weight and my stomach just looks so big all the time and not just fat/flabby but like bloat. Any advice????? Like are there vitamins or greens that could help or smthn

It’s so hard. Any anti inflammatory foods help me personally, but only to an extent. Cherries help me the most! I get freeze dried organic ones online and actually notice a bit of a difference. I eat all the regular food I normally eat, but try to include an anti inflammatory food daily as well. I think a lot of it is a feeling too, like I feel big and disgusting but no one else notices a difference so I try to remind myself of that. Good luck!!

Some suggestions from the provided content include taking supplements such as hyoscyamine, Olly Beat the Bloat, IBGard and FDGard. Following a low fodmap diet and eating smaller portions more frequently throughout the day can also help. It's also recommended to keep anxiety under control as it can worsen bloating. Another suggestion is to try a supplement called Tri-Enza before every meal to aid digestion. Regular walking and healthy eating have also been found helpful in reducing bloating. However, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
