Need Help with Digestive Problems and Vitamins

I started with radiating heartburn a year ago and apparently I have Gerd, reflux. It's honesty monumentally painful and effects each meal differently. I don't know if there's an inevitable connection, except for the necessity of suffering. I will say it's so consuming and exhausting, I am not as sidetracked by by fibro flares and it mitigates some brain fog. Goodluck and remember you are a beast by comparison.

I have (Gastroparesis), this didn’t happen until after my diagnosis of fibromyalgia maybe 3 years after, I’m in a healing journey the pharmaceutics just don’t work for me the side-effects are crazy.
