Anyone else constantly bloated. No matter what I eat my stomach feels uncomfortable and I just feel heavy all the time

I would try a supplement called Tri-Enza before every meal. It really helps to digest things like carbs, gluten, dairy, and fats. The one I use is from Houston Enzymes. I’m sure you can purchase it online.

Yup! first thing that touches my stomach instantly inflated for the rest of the day. I have been wearing one of those abdominal surgery binding wraps to compensate at home. Doctors looking into chronic gastritis now.

this thing is I am recovering from anorexia and other eating disorders and I’m advised by my doctors not to limit my foods cause it could cause a relapse in restriction so I’m not like trying to lose weig
