Does anyone get an abnormal amount of bloating/stomach swelling? My stomach is relatively flat in the mornings, but by nightfall it doubles/triples in size and looks like I'm 6 months pregnant (no, I'm not pregnant). If so, what have you done to reduce it? Or prevent it?

@MysticMisty that’s so funny, but hey, whatever works! the Olly Beat the Bloat i take daily for bloating, and I also use IBGard and FDGard for lower and upper abdominal symptoms, respectively, and i find those helpful as well, although somewhat pricey

yes, 100% this happens to me, some days i have so much air that i feel like i’m going to float away! some things i’ve found helpful are hyoscyamine, Olly Beat the Bloat supplement, low fodmap diet, eating smaller portions but more frequently through the day, and most importantly getting my anxiety under control as i find that my bloating is a lot worse on days when my anxiety is bad. i hope this helps!

@slothtastic36 I'll take a look into some of those supplements you're using. I typically use Rockstar Energy Drink to relieve my symptoms. Idk why it helps 😂
