So for the past 4 weekends I've been experiencing muscle fatigue: my arm & leg muscles are achy & feel weak. At it's most severe, I can't even hold my phone, much less text people, play games, or do any of my artwork (my 3 primary coping skills). Mostly, when I feel like this, I rest and try to conserve my energy. But it went from lasting 2 days the first 2 weekends to lasting 4 days the last 2 weekends, and after just one day of normal energy I'm right on the borderline of fatigue. Like, I feel like if I did a hair too much, I'd have severe fatigue come on. When you experience muscle fatigue, what do you find most helpful? I don't like how weed makes me feel, and it's illegal in my state. I tried taking BCAA [branched chain amino acids] on fatigue days, but felt no difference. I'm not sure what else to try...

Some people have found relief from fatigue by taking supplements like vitamin B12 or d-ribose, which is prescribed for ATP energy production. Others suggest getting at least 8 hours of sleep, staying hydrated, and eating regularly to combat sluggishness. Physical therapy advice such as changing positions or adding supports in areas of discomfort can also be beneficial. Some individuals also find that laying down and resting, even without sleeping, can help recharge their energy levels. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
