had a panic attack. True it didn't last too long but I had help. Was hyperventilating. A emergency room helped me get in contact with a mental health place but I'm nervous already. No appointment for Weeks so... why would you say to the person answering the "mental health emergency services"?? Seemed kinda non caring...not my fault I don't live near enough to just walk in š¶š«¤
