Dealing with Jealousy and Fear of Abandonment in a BPD Relationship

When I get new FAvorite people I still genuinely love and care about the previous favorite people just as much. I just want to learn more about the new favorite people. In a way I guess you could say I collect them. So the new one gets attention but the old ones can too and I love them the same way I always did. I’ve learned over time how to set boundaries during breakups and friendship issues and I don’t think I would ever hurt my partner in this way but say I became FP with a platonic friend or a celebrity I would still love my partner for all the reasons I did when they were my FP But I have my little collection lol

Hmm I’m not sure what to do specifically but in my bpd experience, please don’t rush or jump into decisions recklessly… it can ruin things for you 😅 I love love love my pros and cons lists. Learning to push your heart aside and let your brain guide, which I TOTALLY know is easier said than done.

Well I don’t know personally how your friendship dynamic is with them but living with them will make it a lot harder definitely.
