Dealing with FOMO in a Relationship

Try to put yourself in their shoes and how it would feel if you had a friend or partner that was jealous every time you did something without them and what effect your emotions could have on that relationship.

I try to remind myself that they are human. I can have multiple friends, relatives, jobs, whatever so they can too. They will make time for me in the future and I'm still loved by them

Oh ok. I get like this sometimes as well. I don't really have friends though
