Hey everyone! I am vanity! I have OCD and one thing I really get anxious about is intrusive thoughts about body parts.. It makes me sad and sick like I think about my brain and my heart and I think that’s all I am nothing more and when I look at other people I feel so sad when I think about their brain in their head and think everything is fake and I am just a robot and so is everyone else it freaks me out to the point where I panic!!! Please help me :(

oh my god, i thought it was just me. guess we're both weird creatures covered with meat, huh. i try to think that it's all the *physical* world is about. your feelings, thoughts are not bounded to this physical reality. so, you're never this "weird robot", and nor is everyone else. we're not our pink little brains, we are our minds, emotions, unique thoughts. physical bodies are just tools for us to exist in a physical reality
