Dealing with Intrusive Thoughts and OCD

Dealing w the realization i have way more intrusive thoughts than i was aware of. The fact that my OCD really is bothering parts of my life is jarring. I genuinely didn’t realize thinking my intrusive thoughts/ my compulsions was not normal in this instance.

yeah. I understand that. I genuinely thought that my fear or avoidance of certain people or parts of my life was normal. I thought that everyone felt this way. its.. alienating.. and dehumanizing. and the more i think about it, the worse it gets. but also the more i analyze my behavior, and how i react to certain situations and scenarios helps me better understand what i can handle, and the range and severity of my pure-o ocd
