Open and honest communication about everything is the only thing I've found to work for me.

DBT is amazing but i know not everyone has insurance and can't afford it. So i also recommend a LOT of communication. Communicate everything. But also make sure theres comprehension. It's important that you both understand each other. The jealousy you feel is your BPD talking. It's not you. It's not how you really feel. It's the emotional part of your brain. Use your logical part. And better yet combine them, which is called wise mind. Having a really understanding super supportive partner/friend/etc is important too and will help a lot. Remember that you're valid and you're not a bad person for having BPD or feeling jealous.

I also recommend DBT, it improved my condition including outbreaks of jealousy. If you haven't tried it yet, you should.
I would suggest trusting and don't jump to conclusions. Communicate. Honestly, and try to practice skills for DBT. It's been very helpful for me.
