i would say something incredible and helpful but uhhhhh ummm errr... i cant.... jealousy is probably my biggest weakness
I find that my jelouse often comes up when my friends are experiencing the fun part of life like camping and going to the beach for a day, or even spending time with they're family, and in the end every time I act on my jelouse feelings I always end up hating myself even more than I was jealous of them. That feeling is what stops me from acting on it cause I tend to put everyone else before myself. My friends have also been super supportive of my mental health by actively working with me on trying to figure out my triggers and what not. Instead of them getting mad at me when my BPD comes out, they try to figure out what's wrong and we go from there. They always encourage me to open up to them and remind me they they will never judge me for my mental illness or treat me differently because of it
