I seem to get heart arrythmia episode that last 10-15 minutes brought on by stress, excitement, sometimes exercise, I assume adrenaline related. the feeling is a really intense squeezing sensation and sends me into a state of anxiety which causes them to worsen. if feels like I'm going to die. a couple of drs have recommended betablockers, however I'm nervous to start these as I have a resting heart rate of 32bmp sometimes as low as 28bpm when I sleep. the drs said this was still ok to take low dose beta blockers, but I don't really feel safe or sure about it. but the arrythmias are greatly impacting my life. I have had to stop a lot of things because the feeling of them is so scary.
