Dealing with Severe Panic Attacks

this past week has been so hard, im having atleast 3 severe panic attacks a day, my heart rate just sky rockets out of nowhere, or i also noticed lately eating sends me into one...so weird. im constantly walking around rubbing ice on my face because i find that helps keep my heart rate lower, i feel like i look ridiculous. im missing out on so much, for so long i was convinced it was a more severe medical condition, but ive had every study on my heart done, blood work etc. its all i think about lately, ill be having a good day and run an errand to a store and as soon as i pull up to the store i start to feel weak, like a rush over me, and my heart speeds up. some days i can fight them off and some days it lasts an hour and im so exhausted from my heart rate being 140+ for that long that i feel like i ran a marathon....

When I was taking zoloft I would have a panic attack almost every other day it could last an hour or more and and I would go to sleep right after because the emotions where too big and my hart would be beating so fast. So I stoped taking it then after that I started getting anxious bc of nothing at all like you said I would almost be thrown into a panic attack just by eating even though I only ate once that day.
