ive been dealing with some sort of notion that things arent real after i greened out really badly a few months ago. it usually gets really bad when im alone and its quiet, or i just think about humankind in general...i try not to think about anything that triggers it, but my mind always manages to slip there somehow. i would get anxiety attacks frequently but now its just happening multiple times a day and im just really tired all the time...does anyone know of any way to cope with this? or have you been able to go back to "normal" with help?

sadly i haven’t gone back to normal after i first developed this delusion and a lot of others haven’t gone back either but things to help make it easier are to ask a friend to run a reality check have them tell you where you are what you’re doing ect. try to change up the space you’re living in to help your brain realize that you do indeed have free will and can change things as you please. good luck i know it’s tough to deal with

Hi! It sounds like a lot to handle on your own, I suggest consulting a psychiatrist on some daily therapeutic actions that can help you cope and learn how to live with it. Keep us posted, we're here for you :-)
