does anyone else deal with unreality?
sometimes it feels like things aren't real or it feels like I'm not real.

are there any ways you deal with it or have found a way to make ot better?

it usually comes along with brain fog and lots of anxiety

    Mine got a lot better when I got on the right medicine and dose and have been doing therapy almost a year straight with a good therapist. Helps to figure out what grounding techniques work for you too

      yeah that's true. Im trying ro work with meds right now. And I'm supposed to go see a therapist soon too. So hopefully we can find something
