Dealing with Diabetes Burnout: Tips and Tricks

I wasn't aware this is a thing, but now I totally relate to this! Usually when I'm feeling like this, I bury my head in the sand, which I shouldn't do, but it's hard at times, and just really affects my mental health too

YES. I think it probably happens to most people at some point, daily diabetic life ain't no joke. With testing, counting carbs/fiber/protein, making sure you eat every 2-3 hours, watching salt, drinking water, exercising, insulin and other medications, the EXPENSE of it all... it's a lot. I'm getting burnt out just writing about all of it.

No. But I can understand. The strict lifestyle and the taking of the insulin and pills can wear one down on a daily basis .
