Dealing with Chronic Pain: Should I Seek Medical Help?

I've been having a super high pain week, it's wrecking me. I was diagnosed over a decade ago and at the time the doctor said basically to move to a warmer state and to go to a pain clinic. I chose to go a more natural route and work with CBD and THC to help manage pain because I didn't want addictive pain medication at the time. But now I'm wondering if I should talk to a doctor again about managing my fibro because it's really making life difficult lately.
