Vent-ish post. Im just complaining bc today was hard. All of my issues teamed up today to make school extremely hard for me. My leg was in pain so walking was a hassle. I had a migraine that kept getting worse even though I was already nauseous by second period. My migraine brain fuzz combined with my adhd made it infuriating to sit in class with my teacher talking so I had to sit alone in a separate area and bang out all my work that way. Which thankfully my school can accommodate just fine for me, but regardless i still feel annoyed that I need to do that. I'm off all of my medication because my psychiatrist took me off my antidepressant and I lost my migraine meds (thanks unmedicated adhd) and i decided to wait until tomorrow (i have a doc appointment) to get a refill because they usually dont actually work when I call in. So I've been 5?? days off of my amitriptyline (a medicine which works extremely well for my migraines but makes them 5x worse when I'm off of them) and I just have to deal with those always. Even taking more Excedrin than I really should be doesn't seem to be helping. It's really frustrating and I wish I wasn't in pain all the time. All over my body, not just my head. My chronic pain really feeds my depression and I'm trying really hard to cope. To add at least one positive things to this post as I've been trying to do more often when I'm upset, I found out that eating pickles helps my migraines!! Eating pickles along with water ofc. I think it has something to do with the electrolytes which makes sense. I'm used to buying Pedialyte for headaches lol.

Talk to your PCP if you’re struggling! They should be able to help you with any of your meds if you’ve lost them/need a new script. On the mental health side of things it’s A-OK to have bad days, it’s even better to be able to admit that. Not every day is amazing, but hopefully tomorrow will bring a little less struggle. You got this 💪🏻
