I drink too much coffee. More seriously, having regular breaks, at least once a day, to go out to a cafe, take the time to stop what I am doing and sit down with a good coffee and something to eat. It's been a ritual for the last couple of years

"Various methods are suggested to deal with anxiety. These include taking deep breaths and focusing on the present, spending time around positive people, having 'me' days where one disconnects from social media and does things they enjoy, taking hot baths or drinking tea, focusing on tasks at hand, listening to music, engaging in art, meditating, exercising, finding hobbies that keep the mind busy, wrapping oneself up in blankets, reading, playing video games, setting up a support system, making plans for the day, reflecting on what makes one anxious and why, therapy, medication, dipping face in ice water, using a weighted blanket, getting tight hugs, making close friends aware of the situation for support, counting out loud, driving, leaving the house, spending time with other people, drinking cold water, resting when needed, working out regularly, and practicing meditation."
