My anxiety is so bad my hands shake , I drop everything, break everything, I’m literally a nervous wreck. I take seroquil at night for sleep, my doc said it was ok to take 25mg during the day to help calm down the anxiety. Does anyone have any ideas other than this? I wake up like this and I hate it🥲

I have a vape pen with CBD and just a touch of THC called Recovery. I wonder if something like that can help you. We have a dispensary here. So scientific now.

I was kind of like that last week. My dr put me on seroquel 25 mg. It helps I think a bit, but if you have an idea why you have it and try to change something that will help a lot. Also I started doing yoga and any type of exercise will help too. I know is hard to change the situation. Same for me but I got a bit better when the situation improved. Saw clearly why is happening; can get better or worse depend of me. No one can do for me. Today got upset for the same reason and the anxiety came back. I am in control of my emotions and only me. I pray and God can change all. 💕

I’m currently off meds. I wake up put on music and just breathe with the music. Sometimes I’ll clean or do something like draw a sketch or dance like a crazy person. Sometimes meds would make me shake or make me restless.

I agree with the suggestion of identifying the source. Yours sounds so bad. It would seem finding the source would be first and either reducing or eliminating exposure (yes I know if it's the kids or hubby, or your employer or someone is ill in the family, money worries and a million other things that can't go away just like that, it may be hard to do.) It could be the medication, too. You really should discuss with doctor or therapist. In the meantime, I give myself alone (sometimes I just lie on my bed reading, playing a videogame, listening to a tape for 30 minutes before I shower. Afterward, I go in the spare bedroom and meditate before coming downstairs to the chaos.) I use CBD oil (purekana.com) under my tongue at night too help me fall asleep. Benadryl is also useful. Except for the CBD, I switch (Unisom, sleep water, Benadryl) around so I don't build a tolerance. I have low dose xanax I use very sparingly so my MD is willing to refill. I do the meditation, alone time, CBD gummies, or just grin and bear it (or chant under my breath) before taking a xanax. I have a sleep mask from Amazon that's Bluetooth with soft flexible earphones and use an app called TIDE for ambient sound (wind, rain, brook, forest, etc.) I like thunderstorms, LOUD. No idea why *that* would help me sleep, but it does! 🤗 You can also mix and match sounds into each other. 👍

I had this problem when I was detoxing off clonazepam. I used a low dose of Benadryl, so it wouldn’t make me to sleepy.

I take Clonazepam twice a day to control my anxiety.

Have you thought about what it is that makes you so anxious. Maybe if you know why you are already so anxious when you wake it will be easier to find ways to calm it down 🤔
