I take a sleeping pill called Seroquel to make me sleep. That's how bad my anxiety is. I can stay up for days is there any help out there?

      I still take Lorazepam it helps alot I'm starting to get off it slowly

      You ever try alprozalam, helps a lot ,especially if you take at nighttime

        @indio I don't want to take a addicting drug like that. I used to take lorazepam

      I have been dealing with anxiety for 15 years now. I’ve only taken seroquel for a manic episode I normally take clonazepam and vistaril just to cut the anxiety enough to sleep but for the last couple of days I’ve had to take more vistaril just to sleep but if I don’t take my meds I don’t sleep at all
