@clearlyseen Lexapro has worked WONDERS for not only my depression but also anxiety !! Still flares up, but isn’t nearly as bad as before

I’m on Xanax and I only take 0.5 in the morning ! I tried all the other meds for depression and anxiety and they messed with my head ??

Benzos are what work for me and my sis

From the time I wake up pretty much until I go to sleep around 4-5am it's off and on and my low dose of anxiety med doesn't help and I'm on a beta blocker for High blood pressure and they say it's supposed to help anxiety but it hasn't helped mine. I've been offline for a few days I'm dealing with too much anxiety and pain. Sure hope we can all find something to relieve this because at 55 and dealing with it for 40 years it's really getting on my last nerve!!! Hugssss 🤗
