You can pray. Jesus is present help in time of need. Take your anxieties to God and He will help you!

@QueenAbagail oh yes, but still i am overwhelmed so much im on more than a dozen remedies and really when i am consistent and get in what i need i can do things that stress me, im exhausted afterwards, but i get through the events. The Lord works. He lead me to a Homeopath who helps me. But I still need peer support, that is here. In time opportunity will come and I will be able to have a counselor.

I have horrible anxiety I was on lorazepam but I was taken off that the when I was hospitalized in January for psych I was switched to clorazepam I made me relax but my psychiatrist doesn't believe in anxiety meds so I was taken off my anxiety has been through the roof Clonazepam I spelled it wrong at first but it really helped me the 1 morning and 1 at night 1mg but I have been a nervous wreck it's making my TD worse so I do understand where ur coming from but the Clonazepam worked better for me then the lorazepam did

Hm maybe you could try an everyday kind. I initially thought I wanted a medication to just take when I felt I really need it but was ended up given something to take everyday and for me it has helped a lot to prevent issues. I know that doesn’t work for everyone though. I was given clonazepam at the beginning until my daily meds could kick in

Medicine is only one aspect. Learning to deal with anxiety takes educating yourself about what triggers it and how to handle anxious feelings day to day.

Hi! May I ask what medication you’re taking? It’s just an as needed not an everyday medication, right? I was on Clonazepam for awhile and was still anxious. I learned that the med just sedates me instead of fixing the chemicals that are off in my brain. I got put on a new medication to actually help the chemicals in my brain and have felt much better. I would suggest looking into that?
