I've just been ruminating if I'm lonely or alone myself. I distract myself with as many things as I can, sifting through healthier habits.

You're never alone when you have jesus in your heart. I know this personally 🙌🙏🤗

I constantly listen to music and am on the phone. My friends know I always feel alone and answer to help out. I don't mind being friends to help out with this.

Some ways to deal with the anxiety of being alone include creating a safe space in your home, carrying a fidget or something to distract yourself, grounding yourself by checking in on all your senses, listening to music, and recalling happy memories. Other suggestions include reaching out to friends or family through text or chat apps, watching videos, drawing, playing games, getting out of the house, or having a pet.
