I may not be very helpful, but I used to want friends to spend time with all the time, but I always met people who I didn't click with or would stress me out. It took a while to get used to being alone (being an introvert helps), but I'm very happy being single and taking care of my pets. Personally, pets have been my saviour and the love of my life. And concentrating on taking care of yourself and doing things that you want to do. Meds helped me a lot too.
