      Coping skills can help with anxiety. Some examples are listening to music, watching a movie, going on a walk, box breathing (deep breathing), or anything you feel like can help relieve your anxiety. It will get better 🤗

      Try to do things to take your mind off of it. Coloring has helped me in the past. Play games on your phone. Also do a lot of deep breathing.
