Check with one/gyn …. I had the same and it turned out to be a benign cyst in one of the ovaries ….. it went undetected for YEARS , until by on/gyn did a sonogram on my pelvic area ! It was a close call … also. I would consult a gastroenterologist just to eliminate anything else ….
