i’ve woken up with stomach pain every morning for months. it makes the first half of the day so difficult. (i also have pain other times but the morning pain is consistent). i don’t know why this happens. i’m seeing a GI soon but i just have a feeling there’s not going to be anything physically wrong and it’ll be stress related. i’m just tired of it.it fucks with me so bad and i just don’t know what to do.

@chickensoup message me if you want to chat more. I can give you suggestions to try to lessen the pain/nausea based on what’s worked for me. And if you just want to talk about how frustrating it is!

Try a wheat free diet for a week. I have ulcerative colitis. IBS and Diverticulitis. I have suffered with this most of my life. I was just told by an allergist Las week after some testing that I am allergic to wheat and milk. The milk I knew about but not the wheat. I am am off the wheat and wonderful how this has affected all my stomach problems. It’s been torture.

I’m sorry! I went through the same thing a couple months ago. I actually shockingly was diagnosed with something (gastritis!) but years ago, I had the nausea and was told it was all stress related… so.. I know what it’s to be disregarded..
