Help with Nausea: Tips and Tricks to Find Relief

Anyone have any tips or trick to help with nausea. It’s really bad and I experience it 24/7 I saw a gastroenterologist and she gave me Zofran but I can’t take Zofran 24/7. I’ve tried guided meditations, sleep meditations, breathing exercises, taking a peaceful walk, pressure points in my wrist, peppermint gels, bitters, lemon-ginger-honey drops, ginger tea, chamomile tea, FD guard, Dramamine, pepto bismol. Also when it’s too cold or warm it makes my nausea worse and makes me dizzy and sick, and I also experience trouble breathing, increasing heart rate, extreme dizziness, shaking, almost vomiting, trouble eating. Please someone help.

Do you know what’s causing your nausea? I am having the same issue when my dr starts me on new meds or increases my doses.

we don’t know what’s causing it I did a X-ray and it said I’m constipated so I did a miralax clean out and I feel worse then before. Im 15 and I just want to be a teenager but I’m so nauseous all the time so I can’t do anything. And the is no chance I’m pregnant

If you’re able to, I definitely recommend taking with whoever primarily takes care of you about going to see a acupuncturist, or better, a DACM. I have awful nausea from COVID and that’s the only thing other than Zofran that’s helped. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this 💔

I did talk to my main doctor and she sent me to see a gastroenterologist and they gave me Zofran and a x-ray and it said I was constipated so I did a miralax clean out and I feel worse then before and even Zofran doesn’t help enough and I’m working on getting into a acupuncture

It sounds like you might have POTS. I have a friend who has similar symptoms and she has POTS. You would need to talk to either a neurologist or cardiologist and be REALLY PUSHY about what you think it is and what you need. I have a different kind of POTS presentation but compression socks, lots of water and salt all help.

I just consulted with my mom about a cardiologist but she said since they ran a EKG and it was fine that I don’t need to see a cardiologist
