Need help with morning nausea

How can you stop from waking up nauseous ? I take zofran and it’s not really working anymore and the nausea only is strong in the morning

I took zofran for awhile and then it stopped helping because my body got used to it

Sometimes when my stomach hurts really bad in the morning, I put a heating pad or ice pack on my tummy

Be careful with Zofran it can give you extrapyramidal problems. I have muscle spasms from taking it long term. Ice is really good for nausea, heat can make you more nauseated. Are there other symptoms with it too? Pain or dizziness?

yes pain my left side of my back and stomach I’ve been to the er they say it’s diverticulosis but I don’t know what what’s really going on anymore

Get tested for gerd. I started taking omeprazole 40mg then after a couple months for backed down to other which is 20mg and it has really helped with night time to am nausea
