How do you sit down and process your feelings and your brain? How do you figure out what you are, what you want, what you need, what you're missing? How? I don't know what to do. I'm completely stuck. šŸ˜ž

First things first, realize that you need to get your mind out of the future and into the present, or out of panic and into reality. Itā€™s so easy to get caught up in questions that canā€™t be answered as quickly as you want them to be answered. When Iā€™m in this situation I just take some deep breaths and try to recognize that anxiety can make you worry about things that you donā€™t need to be worrying about. The reality is, no matter how stuck you feel, youā€™re no actually stuck! It took me a long time to recognize that. Make small goals for yourself, if thereā€™s a certain job you want, a certain thing you want to do, make small changes and small goals to get there. Letā€™s say you want to get out of bed. Your small goals could be -sit up -remove the blankets -put your legs on the floor -stand up Then youā€™re out of bed! Just an example but the technique makes big goals seem so much more attainable. Moral of the story is, thereā€™s no need to worry about what you are, who you are, what youā€™re going to do, and just worry about taking small steps to move forward in any way. Make new goals for yourself every day and you will find fulfillment and begin to feel unstuck! It is hard but you are a lot stronger than you think you are :)

I am also feeling stuck and it has got be spiraling so I decided to take matters back into my own hands and it has helped so much. No matter how much it hurts or doesnā€™t feel worth it, it is and it will be. ā¤ļø

@Bec89 I don't know how to do that anymore šŸ˜„ I barely know who I am anymore. The only thing I know for sure is that I absolutely love my two little ones and I would completely fall apart without them

@Phoenix22 I have trauma of being used or left alone. I am scared that the only person that has been there for me will leave me alone as well. I just moved back to the United States and my whole family is overseas. I was fine for the first 3 months and then terror kicked in and I turned the one person who is with me and not given up on me into someone I feel I might not be able to trust even though he is always there. I have to decide between staying here and getting stronger and learning how to trust or go back overseas and break him apart. For my own health and for his sake I have to be strong and pull through or else I know that in the long run I will rely on my family for the rest of my life and never move forward. I am 29 years old dealing with childhood trauma and I feel you. I feel how scary it is. But your little ones are there for a reason, you need to believe that.

@Ashby I will have to try and implement this. Thank you šŸ’• it's just so hard to keep my mind on track and positive, I look around or think of anything at all and I start to fall apart internally. Like at least twice an hour

@Ashby This is true no matter what the situation is actually. It is scary. But it can become less and less scary the more you do and see that you can do and everything is ok. It takes practice but you have to have the will power and know that in reality nothing is for certain but there is so much to live for and making one move can be the start to something so unimaginably great and life changing.
