    I do lots of deep breathing throughout my day. And when I’m feeling reactive I try to pause and categorize my thoughts like a stoplight. Green is do it go for it, yellow be cautious this could easily become a tough thing, and red is don’t do it wait a set time an hour a day whatever and decide if I still want to do it.
