      I have so many distract things. Music, coloring, painting. I play simple computer games or apps. TV can sometimes help. I spend too much time on social media and love to watch tiktok and other things like that involving pets or art.

      I use noise canceling headphones and play my favorite song on a loop! It has helped a bunch. You can get noise canceling headphones on Amazon for like 10 bucks:)

      i usually like to watch calming videos like cafe vlogs or asmr crafts. things like that usualy help when my emotions/mind is racing
