Coping with Grief for Someone with Autism/BPD

I mean for me I cry for a few hours and then go on like nothing happened. For example, my great nan passed away last year and I cried for a few hours then was back to normal and even now I only get sad every now and then but still hardly ever.

I still don't have a clue it's hard I still walk around numb I feel so lonely and it's been 2 years now
