      I take CBD oil pills to calm my body so I can work through my mind better. Journaling helps, when I am in a space to step aside and do that. Grounding technique like touch, feel, smell, see, those help too. Breathing exercises. And then also just validating myself, understanding that anxiety is not random but a natural response to stimulus even if it’s from past hurts really helps me to self soothe better.
