      Okay so I found this app called "Finch" and it is a self care app. You can be honest on there and you can have a little pet too. Its like journaling or writing but on your phone which you always have on you. When in public I listen to music that I enjoy and makes my mood better and my anxiety go away. The fidget ring (anxiety ring) is something I found on tiktok and it actually helps plus it's stylish so that's always a plus.

      I started journaling when I had anxiety/panic attacks and how I was feeling. Sometimes even before I got to that point I would write down my worries

      find new stuff you enjoy, try and open up your hobby selection, i guess thats how i could say it
