What is good anxiety and panic attack coping skills? I've tried hot baths and piano music, it use to work, but not no more. I feel lost and I'm loosing myself to anxiety and I don't have anymore coping skills that work

I do breathing exercises
Exercise has definitely helped me a ton!!! Even just a walk...not sure what temperature you are in right now, but earthing is another thing I think that has helped.
Insight timer app, dare app & book, deep breathing, hot showers, sour candy or smelling vinegar can reset your brain to think about that in the moment. Lie down & put a cold wash cloth over your face. Go outside for a walk if you can.
