What might cause chronic nosebleeds? I’ve been to doctors and their like “that’s weird do you want me to cauterize it?” But like why does this happen to me? I had frequent heavy nose bleeds when I was a teenager and they went away until about three years ago. I had the nostril that was bleeding cauterized but then the other nostril started bleeding! Now the cauterized nostril is also bleeding. They happen almost twice a day and usually when I’m in the shower. It seems to be hereditary because my dad’s family gets a lot of nose bleeds, but mine are the most frequent and heaviest.
