Dealing with Lupus and Nosebleeds

My name is Lacy Ann. I have lupus, Scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis and several smaller conditions. I'm interested in knowing if anyone has ever experienced this scenario: Every other month or so, right around my period, I will have a significant nosebleed. By this I mean one of two things, duration of the bleed or intensity of the bleed. I have mentioned this to my doctors on more than one occasion but they don't seem overly concerned 🙄 which can be frustrating to say the least. I should also note that no matter how long the nosebleeds take to stop, I am a wet noodle afterwards...for hours. I know all the treatments for nosebleeds, I just want someone who can make me feel less like an idiot. Thoughts?

My SLE and RA diagnoses have me so depressed. My pain is constant, but my family says " you look fine"

Here's what I found online https://extrapelvicnotrare.org/nosebleeds/ Also it may do you better to talk with your gynecologist instead of your primary doctor.

thank you! It drives me crazy trying to figure out what is related to which autoimmune condition lately.
